Ireland - North Coast Scenic Drive

More photos from beautiful Ballintoy Harbour... The old Limestone Kiln (top left) was once used in the late 1800s to burn the kelp seaweed to make fertiliser as well as for roadmaking. Stones cut from nearby quarries (Larrybane) left this harbour bound for cities such as Dublin and Liverpool and was used to pave their streets.
